A1 Party Hire offers flexible pickup and delivery options depending on your booking, location, product availability and event requirements.
Customers can request pickup, delivery or full setup support when submitting a quote request. Delivery pricing may vary based on distance, item quantity, access, timing and setup requirements.
Pickup option
Pickup may be available for selected hire items. Customers are responsible for collecting and returning products in the same condition they were received. Pickup times must be confirmed before collection.
Delivery option
Delivery is available for eligible bookings across selected Sydney areas. Delivery fees are confirmed during the quote process and may depend on travel distance, number of items, stairs, lift access, parking and timing.
Setup option
For larger bookings and event packages, setup support may be available. This can include placing furniture, arranging backdrops, setting up selected equipment and preparing the event area as agreed in the quote.
Return / collection
Hire items must be returned or ready for collection at the agreed time. Late returns may affect other bookings and may result in extra charges.
