These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings, hire products, services and quote requests made with A1 Party Hire.
By placing a booking or requesting hire services, you agree to follow these terms.
Bookings
Bookings are subject to product availability, event date, location, payment confirmation and acceptance by A1 Party Hire.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the details provided by the customer. Pricing may change if the event location, hire period, item quantity, delivery access or setup requirements change.
Payment
A deposit, bond or full payment may be required to confirm a booking. Payment terms will be confirmed in the quote or invoice.
Hire period
Hire items must be returned or made available for collection at the agreed time. Late returns may attract additional charges.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of all hire items during the hire period.
Damage or loss
Damage, loss, missing parts, breakage, excessive cleaning or misuse may result in additional charges.
Delivery and access
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access for delivery, setup and collection. Extra fees may apply for difficult access, stairs, long carrying distance, waiting time or incorrect address details.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on booking type, notice period and preparation already completed.
Changes to booking
Changes are subject to availability and must be requested as early as possible.
Liability
A1 Party Hire is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, unsafe venue conditions, weather, misuse of hire items or third-party delays outside our control.
